Lack of management

Brilliant care workers, can't fault them but the management side of things is very poor indeed, my wife works for them but are not supportive, she has already had to have time of because of long long hours and she has severe arthritis in her knees, the Co ordinater logistics side of things is also poor, they expect you to go from one end of andover to the other end of andover with no time to get there as she is a walker, they also don't tell you the call is counciled so you don't find out till your at a customers house, when she is with a driver that there running late so she has to make her own way, just today alone I've been out 5 times to pick her up due to lack of drivers or they are running late, it's OK for the office to work 9 till 5 meanwhile these carers are out all day and most times it can be from 8am to 9pm with a little break but no more than 2 hours break for little money, about time these carers got a proper wage instead of management making huge profits.
