Ron Caddy the 'Penmaker' started as a general woodturner but for the past 14 years has concentrated on creating pen's of distinction. For the last nine years Ron has had a studio at the historic site of the Fairground. However, I have over 25 years of experience within this industry.
The unique pens (no two pieces of wood are the same!) being sold in the adjoining 'Fair Trade' shop aptly named 'Fairs Fayre' with commissions also undertaken. A special collection of pens are made from olive wood which Ron imports directly from Bethlehem. A genuine ecologically sound material. Woods used are Bethlehem olive, British, American and some sustainable exotic timbers and few acrylics. Lessons are also given in pen turning / making.
